Week 16: Final Thoughts with Black Adam

My final thoughts are those of gratitude to all the knowledge I got from week 1 to week 16. I learn that I movie has three parts or acts: setup, confrontation, and resolution. I also learn more about shot angles and had to have a hands on experience with the fascinating project.
One movie I would love to propose for spring 2023 is the Black Adam. It displays a nation that was enslaved but got emancipated by a diety under the name of Black Adam. Black Adam is a hero who is powerful and protect the people: that's the set up. However, somewhere in the middle of the movie the hero is facing confrontation with his identity as the savior of the subjugated nation.
Lastly, Black Adam will be encouraged to use his power to do good and emancipate the subjugated people. I watch this movie during Week 10 and I thought it was one of the best embodiement of the three acts concept in the filmmaking. Finally, if there is two things I can say I learned from this film class is: the three Acts and appreciate the process of filmmaking including shots and angles.
